Terms of use
Last updated 23 October 2026
turnout is published by Ekaterina Pranitchi. These terms apply together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By using the app you agree to both.
Take care of your body
Ballet is physical work. Check with a doctor before you start if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant. Warm up, use a support that won't move, clear the space around you, and stop if something hurts. turnout shows exercises and does not give medical advice. You practise at your own risk.
Subscription
- Some of turnout needs a subscription. Apple charges it to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If you start with a free trial, the subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Manage or cancel any time in Settings on your iPhone: your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Apple handles refunds under its own policy.
Studio
Studio uses AI to build classes and combinations from what you ask. Its suggestions can be wrong or not right for your body. Read a combination before you dance it, and don't ask Studio for anything unlawful or harmful.
Content
The classes, combinations, dancer animations, music recordings and app design belong to turnout or its licensors. You may use them for your own practice, not copy, resell or redistribute them. The paintings by Edgar Degas are in the public domain. What you make in Studio is yours to use for your own practice.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Delete my account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Liability
We provide turnout as it is and do our best to keep it running and correct. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation and only for the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of app. Mandatory consumer protection in your country stays unaffected.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we tell you in the app before the change applies. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
